Section 61B
Self-declaration to be submitted

(1) Every employee who has obtained a permanent residence permit or applied for such a permit before the commencement of this section shall self-declare the same within thirty days from the date of commencement of this section and submit the following details to the office where he/she works:-
(a) His name, surname, service, group, sub-group and present position.
(b) The date of obtaining a permanent residence permit, or applying for such a permit.
(c) Name of the foreign country concerned.
(d) Whether he is willing to give up his permanent residence permit or to cancel the application for such permit.
(2) If the spouse of a civil servant has obtained a permanent residence permit, the concerned civil servant shall submit the details according to sub-section (1) to the office where he/she works within thirty days from the date of commencement of this section.
(3) After receiving the information as per sub-section (1) or (2), the concerned office shall send it to the Ministry of General Administration within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the information.
